Third Graders Plan A Complex Attack Plan On Teacher

Handcuffs, broken steak knife, cleaning supplies and covers for the window all make for great supplies for little troublemakers. They were apparently pissed off that she had scolded a kid for standing on a chair. Unfortunately none of these kids are going to punished by authorities because they are too young. Old enough to come up with the plan but no consequences for it? I don’t think so.
